Book Launch and Exhibition
As the perfect supplement to the royal wedding we curated an exhibition and book launch of Imitation of Lives by Judith Erwes. The curious evening of all things ceremonial took place the evening before Will and Kate tied the knot at the eminent KK Outlet on Hoxton Square. A big thanks to Howl at the Moon for generously supplying alcohol for the evening and also to The Pantry for creating two incredible cakes that we served up on the night.
London Zine Symposium / 2011
We took part in this years London Zine Symposium which was held at the Rag Factory off Brick Lane. As a celebration of DIY publishing and zine culture, the one-day event boasts over 60 stalls crammed with published goods. Images via Fever Zine.
The Last Zürich Zine Sezession
Our publications were exhibited as part of the last ever Zürich Zine Sezession. The one-day publishing fair presented my Corner College and Motto Zürich showcases a mixed bag of published material created by over 40 independent publishers from around the world.
Sunday Market
We were invited to take part in Sunday Market, a one day event hosted by Save Our Souls. On Sunday we will be setting up stall at Nicholls and Clarke building in Shoreditch alongside Landfill Editions, It’s Nice That, Nous Vous and a host of other talented people.
London Zine Symposium / 2010
Our publications were on sale as part of a collaborative stool with Landfill Editions at this years London Zine Symposium. Held at The Rag Factory off Brick Lane, this annual pop up emporium celebrates the DIY approach to publishing.
Duke Press Launch
The much anticipated launch of Duke Press was marked by a bustling night at the bohemian Cafe Oto in London. The event showcased the 8 handmade publications which form our initial set with music supplied by the independent music label, Brikabrak Soundsystem. It was a cracking night and we hope everyone enjoyed it as much as we did.
Zürich Zine Sezession / 2009
We were invited by Nieves and Rollo Press to take part in the second Zürich Zine Sezession, a one-day publishing fair that showcases a smorgasbord of published material created by 40 independent publishers from around the world.
Handmade and Bound / 2009
This weekend we took part in Handmade & Bound, an independent publishing fair selling handmade artists' books, comics and zines. This years event was held at the time-honored Aloysius Social Club on Phoenix Road.
Published or be Damned / 2009
We were thrilled to participate in this years Published or be Damned, an annual publishing fair that showcases a mixed bag of international publishers from established magazines to individual artists.
